All X-Tra Cool HD Intercoolers feature robust bar and plate construction for the ultimate in strength and durability. The HD Intercooler is a direct bolt-in, and re-uses all existing brackets, mounting points, and hoses.

X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercoolers are designed for a simple, straight forward installation. No modifications are required to mount it in your truck. Just swap the XDP X-TRA Cool Intercooler for your factory unit and re-use all of your stock components.

The X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercooler are not only built stronger than your stock intercooler, but it can withstand more! Each unit is 100 percent TIG welded and utliize a bar and plate core for superior durability and strength to withstand higher boost pressures.

Each X-TRA Cool Intercooler is pressure tested and rated to withstand 120+ PSI. In addition, XDP also backs each intercooler with a 1-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
Customize It!
The HD Intercoolers ship standard with a black coated finish. An XDP stencil is included in the box so you can paint the 'X' in any color you choose. Whether you want to match the color of your truck, or leave it black for a stealth appearance, the choice is up to you!

Customer pays return shipping. All returns must include all items from your purchase or a possible restocking fee may apply. If possible please put them in the same box that arrived to you.
