Description

This kit of Tubular Rear Control Arms provides a significant performance and durability upgrade for 1979–2004 Ford Mustang and 1979–1986 Mercury Capri models. Built from strong tubular steel, these arms replace the weak, stamped factory components to improve handling and traction.

Performance Street Upgrade The tubular steel construction is stronger and lighter than OEM parts, reducing flex and minimizing wheel hop under acceleration. The arms feature high-quality Polyurethane Bushings which offer greater articulation control and less deflection than rubber, improving overall handling predictability.

Ready-to-Install Specifications:

  • Material: Tubular Steel

  • Adjustable: No (Fixed Length)

  • Color: Black powdercoat finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

  • Includes: Polyurethane Bushings and all necessary installation Hardware.

  • Ball Joint: Not included.

Application Note: These arms are not designed for drag racing with slicks and are generally recommended for applications producing under 400 Rear Wheel Horsepower. They are an ideal, durable upgrade for street performance, spirited driving, and light track use.
