2003-2007 5.9 Cummins Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit MMICP-RAM-03BK
Engineers carefully evaluated the pipe routing and size and identified several areas for improvement. The Mishimoto Cummins Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit features mandrel bent aluminum pipes designed to eliminate the restrictive bends found in factory pipes. Additionally, the pipe diameter has been increased from 3" to 3.5", resulting in significant enhancements in power, airflow, and EGTs.
Mishimoto DuraCore™ boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps are also included in this kit. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.
